I was born and raised in Detroit, MI on the Eastside...The Hood!! Raised to a teen mom who was a high school drop out on welfare. I too would become a teen mom that dropped out of high school on welfare. But I refused to let my circumstances dictate my future.
So here I am...on a "New Level."

I'm known for my fashion. I Love to put them clothes on. I seemed to have been blessed with a natural sense of style. From clothes, to shoes, to coats, bags, & accessories...I knows how to put it together. "New Level" not necessary!! LOL!!
I always say, "My clothes gotta talk to me!" ...and they always do! LOL!

As long as I can remember...I have always loved to read. I come from a time before internet & social media. A time when we had to explore the world through the eyes of others by simply turning a page. A time when the internet was called an encyclopedia! Some of y'all know what I'm talking about. LOL... I was that kid in school that ordered books every month from the Troll Book Club...and some of you are probably wondering what a Troll Book Club is too...LOL!
Reading is Fundamental.

At New Level New U Academy LLC., we strive to elevate the lives of others. Our mission is to motivate & inspire people to elevate by embracing a lifestyle filled with focus, joy, creativity, and wellness.

I was truly honored to return home to University of Detroit Mercy during Homecoming Weekend as one of two alumni speakers for the College of Business. Being invited back to share my journey, our experiences as students, the lessons we carried with us beyond campus, and how UDM helped shape who we are today, was both humbling and full-circle.
I’m deeply grateful to the College of Business and the organizing team for the invitation and for continuing to create space where alumni voices and real-world experiences can inspire the next generation.
This moment reminded me just how impactful my UDM foundation has been on my personal and professional path.
